this and do everything we can to make things as convenient for you as
possible. It begins with your first visit or phone call to us.
I Need a Car . . .
The
first issue most people have to deal with is obtaining a vehicle to use
while theirs is being repaired. We have a strong, working relationship
with a local office of Enterprise Rent a Car. This affords our customers
great convenience  by
allowing them to drop off their vehicle for repair and be picked up by
Enterprise. This means you can be on your way in rental car within minutes
of visiting us. Enterprise rent-a-car is authorized by all major insurance
companies to provide "accident repair rentals" for the time
that your vehicle is undergoing repairs. During the repair period, we
can keep you fully apprised of the progress of repairs on your vehicle
so that you can plan accordingly. Your rental vehicle can be left with
us (for pickup by Enterprise) when you pickup your completed vehicle.
 While
it is common for auto insurance policies to provide for a rental while
your vehicle is undergoing collision repair, not all policies provide
for this. It's a very good idea to examine your own policy provisions.
A suggestion - if you don't have this coverage, you might want to call
your agent today and have it added. It often pays for itself with a single
use.
